I agree. The reason Valve still has the F is because they do not bother to clear these issue through the BBB and the BBB only repeats what it is told, it does not investigate.

Many complaints are because people didn't get what they want and have no actual standing, but it is easier to look at the letter then to read the complaints so....

Throw $400 to at them for the accreditation and it magicaly goes from an F to an A.

New or not, it needs to be reiterated until the BBB gives them at least an "A" rating. It's kind of the same as financial markets.

Yes, it is a fact that the BBB has given Valve an F, I never said otherwise.

As to that F having any real meaning, that is very questionable as the BBB's history (link posted earlier) and by reading the complaints show.

i am from the CCC and i give the BBB a Z rating. there, i probably have now more integrity then the BBB.

srsly read some of the complaints .... what a bunch of numbskulls. the content of BBB is like the idiocy that happens here on the board, just filtered to the finest and purest form of dumbness.
