WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD YOUR GAMES?
WLA: Safeguard will be available for PC in Steam. Later on spring.

Anyway, it seems to be an indie game made in solo, so maybe he needs much more time :)
You've been aware of this game for some time, and you know that the last communication was to release around Spring. So, keep an eye on how often they've communicated in that time and whether it's been regular, or if it's dried up.
If it's the latter then you likely dodged a bullet, as it may have been a quick cash grab and the dev got bored with it.
I find such tricks pretty invaluable.
The points made were all valid based on experience.
