Different Pricing in Store and Cart
I am trying to buy one of the Call of Duty bundles that are on sale this weekend, but the store says one price and when placed in the cart, the price goes up significantly. Does anyone know why this happens? I want to pay the price listed in the store, not the higher price in the cart.

Thank you for the help.

Mine is exactly the same $165 in the store and cart. For having some games already.

Tailored bundle though. You own at least 22 of the COD games/DLC.

Mine says $89 in the store, but when added to the cart it jumps to $115. Granted $26 won't break the bank, but it is the pinciple of the thing. Obviously, I would rather pay the $89 listed in the store.

Same here. I was ready to buy at £28.97 but it jumps to £47.01 when added to cart...

Did you buy a game in the bundle by other means like right before? I noticed it takes a while until it registers and recalculates the bundle price.

sadly there is no real easy way to determine what the issue is. steamdb with its extension might help but that wouls still require digging.
i personally think the error is with ghosts, there are some things that look misconfigured on it

Maybe I am missing something obvious, but wouldn't the cart do the same math as the storefront? Maybe there is a glitch with one of the games where the store front sees I own a game, but transfers something else to the store front?

The issue does appear to be with Ghosts...I have the vanilla version in my library...the store front shows adding the DLC as part of the package. Adding the package to the cart however adds the Gold edition of the game thus raising the price. Is there anyway to modify the package in the cart, or am I stuck buying something I kinda already own?

Report the store page for displaying wrong pricing information/false advertising and let support handle it. The sale runs for a few days, so they can sort it out.

Think there's an issue with Black Ops 3 aswell, Starter Edition and Standard.

It's even worse now. More expensive than it was. :/

The math is seriously jacked up with this sale. It shows a price at 69% off and then a send price that is supposedly 79% off, but shows the 69% price and when added to the cart, it only gives a discount of 60%. Appears to be amateur hour at Steam.
