Yes, but the point is it's nothing to do with Steam. It's a feature within a particular game.
And frankly, that's such a niche example, I can't see any dev spending the time enabling such a thing.
SO you're pretty much out of luck there.
Also, this is not a niche example. You aren't understanding what I'm talking about at all. Many people stream games to their TV to play them with a controller. This is not anything new and not even something new to steam.

Then please demonstrate the evidence of how you evaluated this, as I can't see how you could being to do so without some sort of peek at the code.
