Did anyone else got the "test" on notifications?

The day steam store front updated I got an impossible to read post notification regarding subject "test" in General Discussions.

Does anyone know what this means?... Another Valve ARG maybe?

I click on it and it opens the store front page . Theres no way to know where it came from as it doesnt refer to any forumt at all.

Its pemanenetly stuck at "1 new comment". So I will have this forever?

I did, and on webchat "settings" I have this blocked to check/uncheck:

Display a desktop notification
Desktop notifications are not available in your browser

Maybe I have a bugged Steam client?, Ill try later to open session on a browser maybe that will fix.

Hey guys, I think I solve it. I notice on firefox that this notification should redirect me to this url:

App 480, if im not mistaken is Spacewar. I subscribed long ago to that forum but its been blocked so I cant unsubcribe anymore

Now, I thought that forum was blocked for ALL users so I shouldnt recieve any new notifications anyways, but maybe some Valve devs or Steam API devs still have access to it. So it seems that I will get this notification forever until someone deletes it
