can't send mail to [e-mail]

Try to send a mail since 2 days because the support team from sega said me to do it to resolve my problem but when I do it from any mailbox I always got a message like this Reason: 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS(201806281) [OS2JPN01FT010.eop-JPN01.prod.protection.outlook.com] don't know what I can do to communicate with them!

I just said in my post that its the support who told me to send the mail to [e-mail] end they cannot do anything more.

Send an email to the support mail explaining that you're unable to send it to the other mail address.

That said, last time I had contact with Sega support, which was last year, it was on the mailaddress mentioned in the links that Red Shift posted.

What type of answer were you looking for? Somone on Steam forums to wave a magic wand and make you e-mails magically work?
Use the alterative methods or don't. I really don't give a ♥♥♥♥.

why are you aggressive I just tell you that I send them a mail with this adress and they told me to send a mail to [e-mail] but I can't do it all I wan't to know is why and if someone did it with success before.

How dense can you be? These forums are for Steam, not Sega support. You were already pointed towards the only people who can tell you why the email they gave you is not working. Contact Sega support.

I told you to mail the Sega support that you're unable to mail the other address, just explain what happens.

Either take the advice or not.

I told them I couldn't send the mail and I had for response "the ticket is solved mister"
So ok its not a sega forum and as I said I just wan't to know why it don't work (its for that reason I posted the error message) and if someone send them a mail (to the community thing) with success or if I am not alone in this case.

segas email server declined your email.

you could have just googled for "Recipient address rejected: Access denied." to find that out.

you could've also just gone back with that error message to the people that told you to write to that community address to begin with.

do not ask other to spam random email addresses.

never asked for random adresses but yeah I googled it and I had some explanations but I wanted to know in detail why its denied with any mailbox I tried (even with the mail of my friends) because I never had this problem before I read something about a changing of DNS but I didn't understand all the things.

Only Sega support knows that. We can't possibly tell you.
