Not tradable for 7 DAYS!!!!
So .. I got everything good on my phone steam card is set up for more than 8 weeks and I bought many skins ... and still has that trade hold for a week
Anyone help please !!

Skins purchase from the market are always subject to a 7 day hold, reguardless of Steam Guard or Authenticator status.

No way around it, you just have to wait a week.

that is not a hold. that is a restriction and also mentioned on every item page in the market.

After purchase, this item:

will not be tradable for one week
cannot be listed on the Steam Community Market for one week

But I’v seen some comments that it can be removed or something like that if u set up ur steam authenticator

That's for something else. Market restrictions can not be reduced or removed early.
