Logic and common sense seem to be 2 things I bring that don't have a place here, yes.
In that sense, it's not very different from having a kid in puberty.
I was wondering why it wasn't leaked yet, from my experience in steam the date already leaked a week before or so ,on the whenisthenextsteamsale site.
You asked why it wasn't leaked yet, I answered it is leaked and in the linked threads you can see where that comes from. And that whenisthenextsteamsale site mentions tomorrow. Do note that that site is NOT an official source or confirmation.
Confirmation will be the same as with every sale, the actual moment the sale starts.

At this point it is like a tradition.
unless Valve starts changing their procedure and not mentioning the dates to partners, i could start predicting leak days too.
next leak: 10th october 2019. the dates for autumn and winter sale will be leaked on that day.
the start dates will be 20th november and 19th december.

it also just hit me, maybe people dont understand the word "partner" ... Steams partner interface for every developer/publisher/product owners on Steam. approximately a minimum of 24k Steam accounts have access to this.
not expecting someone of them to prematurely spill the pills would be a bit delusional.
