Is Fanatical safe to buy from?

I checked the history of this forum about them and saw that they changed their name from BundleStar and thought that was odd. Are they a legit safe site to buy from? Steam allowed?

fanatical is ex bundle stars, which was basically 2nd to humble. owner is focus multimedia, was the major retail publisher in the 90s for the uk. they still exist, so i guess they know what they are doing.

FWIW they're not "resellers", they're first-sellers, as in the keys are generated by the dev then given to the store to sell to you. Not given to some other buyer first.
