[Beta 2] Suggestion - Star Map "tooltips" for ETAs and orbital intercepts?

You've got your station's orbit. You can look at that orbit and see things like asteroids coming up. It would be awesome if you could run your mouse pointer along the track and get some kind of a readout of estimated time to reach that point.

Additionally, it would be great if you could hover over ships/crafts/infesters/bots (and even missions) and get their ETA (or travel time in the case of missions).

The idea being ... (a) When will I come up on that Nebula or be nearest the Fleet again? Run the cursor around the orbit and (b) When will that pirate craft or infester enter my system? Hover over it (or maybe click on it and see the details in the lower left info box that's currently empty?).
