[Beta 2] Ships using additional services?

Bug or feature? Ship is inbound and notes show they're looking for "Repair" or "Medical" or sometimes nothing is listed.

Ship arrives and crew comes down and uses Entertainment facilities. Or I get notification they used the Fuel services.

Is this a bug or can any ship use any service regardless of what the inbound icon says?

while using without saying they were gonna, at least you get paid, they warp in, throw their rocks in your ore processor, give you rep and money... fine, fine.

but when a ship warps in, say Civilians, bums 3 hull blocks and 3 steel plates AT ONCE for only +2 rep and a couple thou credits, then with no missions on their mission tab, they send down their injured people taking up my tourist med beds and napping in bunks without paying?! my faction rating better go up by +10 or these freeloaders are about to see what 12 starfighters with pilots 5 to 9 can do to a ship that's being target-jammed in just a few seconds... off the the mulcher with you lot, damn cheapskates! Captain didn't even bring a bottle of Betazoid tulaberry wine, or even come down himself. humph! how rude. battlestations!
