Area suddenly becoming unreachable

After an alien invasion to my ship, an area has become unreachable, despite nothing obstructing the path.

Will try, though it seems like placing a door in the place where the invisible obstruction, and then removing it seemed to fix it.

How far did the invasion reach? Was the core deployed completely developed and spat out aliens or not?

The core was destroyed by that point, and the area was completely clean

I am asking because sometimes the core spawns certain hm small tiles.
That can block entrance. Some can be removed via deconstruction and others can be shot.
And even after destroying the core if the infestation was one that managed to spread for a while this can happen as they stay even after the core was destroyed.

Well next time send in a report for the devs using the in game bug report function, so they can decipher the root cause, is all i can suggest.
