Respawn of Enemy Bases
Do Enemy bases respawn after some time after finishing them in the station gamemode? I assume not because they are handled like special one time story locations but i still have my hopes up.

Wait, just to clarify.

You are playing in Station Game mode right?

And you are asking whether enemy bases respawn in this game mode correct?

Yes.
No on the same system on Station Mode. Enemy bases (pirates, bugs, bots) do not respawn. It's possible to generate more than one base of a type, but that's at the start.

To get new bases, the Player must migrate to a new star system once the current system has been completely mined by the EF (100% progress). Then it's start all over again, minus the stash of credits, crew experience, and tech accrue, which carry over along with whatever the Player brings over in cargo containers.

By the way @Aksel, to facilitate base migrations, please make the cargo container on Station Mode to have a much large resource limit, like 1500 instead of 150. This would cut off on the number of containers to bring over (and asteroid footprint). Containers in Ship Mode can remain the same. Alternatively make a second type of container, with much more cargo capacity.

I recommend the mod "My Craft" on the workshop. It lets you freely adjust inventory size and crew capacity of every usablw space craft.

Honestly I would prefer if by the end of the station mode you would get the option to call the tradets guild and arrange transport of all your items for some sum. I dont play station mode because of how absurdly rich one can get so easily there, with milions in credit.. So let us pay them like half milion or whatever, money is no issue and directly switch to new sector. The game will simulate behind tbe scenes a deconstruction of your station + add all resources in stock = and upon choosing location within new sector a MERCHANT FEDERATION HAULER will be in sector with you, will deploy your pre-built atation cargos (all that you prepared before ending previous game) and will be open for trade, He will tradr your resources for free! So you are basicaly just ordering from him what you currently need and he will be releasing shuttles with the chosen cargo for free. You will just need to pay the haulers crew regularly, so that there is incentive for players to not keep him in sector forever and simply fully unload once you have enkugh storage and then he will leave.

I find this method a very lore friendly and a lot easier to execute then preparing dozens of shuttles individualy. Especialy since we are rolling in everything.
here, you... take these credits. now tow my asteroid to a solar orbit just beyond the 3rd system in the Zeta Yoda Spiral.

500k credits have been transferred to the Space Taxi Guild. to depart, click the bender b rodriguez 'let's go already!' icon.

yeah, I could see that.

To tow the whole small asteroid in space is most propably doable but it should be slow. For me it would be enough if all I own simply gets packed on board of somekind of hauler and delivered to the given destination. Same as our delivery missions, but moving hugely larger ammounts of items 😁
