Transport Prisoner failing?
Just did a Transport Prisoner mission. Accepted the prisoners (also checked off in the mission log). Set up a zone for prisoners. Then moved to the correct system. However, the moment I click the button to move the prisoners, I fail the mission. I've tried playing around with zoning things for prisoners, thinking that might be it, but alas. Even marking the whole ship doesn't work.

Is there something I'm missing or is this a bug?

Likely missing.

So transport prisoners is a mission where you have to transport multiple prisoners.
Usually 2-6. (the numbers i've seen)
Which means that quite often it is possible that 2 shuttles are needed to transport the prisoners to you. So if you say had one transport arrive and it brought 2-3-4 prisoners only, you likely left one behind if you immideatly jumped away.
(Or in my case at one time i wanted to do a bit of side questing and two of the prisoners suffocated:D)

Hmm, I'm afraid that's not it. The mission says I have to transport two prisoners and I've got two prisoners on my ship. Thanks for the tip, though
nvm, I was being u dummy dumb dumb. I acrually freed the prisoners, lol.
I'm not sure, but I think that your crew needs to be awake during the 5 hour transport period, otherwise the shuttle doesn't seem to trigger.

I've seen wack things happen, which needed the autosave reloading.

It's not really a big deal - I'm sure that everyone un-handcuffs them, because logically they wouldn't be able to use the toilet, or eat ( but they can do everything magically handcuffed ).
It is possible to eat and poop handcuffed, but it's not very fun. Not many things are in the justice system.
In real life, prisoner transport is cuffed from the back. I mean... you could try eating mashed potatos like bobbing-apples?
