6 is kinda possible, you just cant go back and edit older ones.
Update: My best theory is you need to "Create", "Share", FOR IT TO BE CONFIRMED AND NOT EDIT IT IN DURATION, and then maybe it'll let you make a new one. Answer sort of implied by Revalopod.
Still not noticing what to click to make an additional map without editing or deleting this one.

P.s. As fat as the map being "Super-easy", I played on Easy Standard, mostly stopped dropping towers around Round 60-80 or whatever, almost feel asleep and next thing I know I'm at level 187 on Freeplay. I certainly HOPE these maps don't count toward you're "Highest Round Won"... do they?
But... um... that means that you really can "delete" a map after it's been submitted, right?
As in... "Ha ha! I sneaked that one past the censors." and then "Oh... F! That thing is going to haunt me for eternity now... isn't it?"
And yes you can delete uploaded maps. When you're in the map browser you can select categories, and select maps you've made which will show you all maps you've submitted, and there you can delete them (but you can't edit them or even copy them sadly).
