Permanent Brew Way Too Expensive
This upgrade is too expensive for any normal map. It's the price of around 2 tier 5 towers to gain a permanent duration on a buff for your other towers. It's far less expensive to build 3 or 4 additional 4xx Alchs to achieve the same results.

Yes it is expensive, but it is worth the price
You are very wrong there. Multiple Alchs will NOT get the same results as Permabrew, especially on fast shooting towers

:steamfacepalm:
same thing I said last time. try to buff 6 sun avatars with "3 or 4 additional 4xx alchs" and see how far you get.

The "real use" of Permabrew is to use a x4x Heli to move him around and buff the entire Map. He most useful at high-level rounds, like after Round 100 in FreePlay or Bosses, so he's actually pretty cheap and well worth it. Not only is his buff better than 4xx Alchemists as Red Sword said, but you also only need one so you don't have those guys cluttering up your map and put other monkeys there.

No, that doesn't work. With a middle path heli it can only carry t4 monkeys and below, so no t5s.

^ This. Few exceptions, but basically can move most towers regardless of tier. Don't think T5 is allowed for gunner seat or w/e its called. iirc it can't move farms/villages/temples/paragons. Y'all can test this stuff easily.

you can chinook any non-extra-large towers. you can door gunner any non-extra-large towers that are tier 4 or below.

Chinook-ing t5 towers like permaspike for example is a strat used even in CHIMPS mode...

you used goor gunner then....that obv only works on t4 and below...
If you want to move certain t5 towers, use the lift ability instead.
And yes, you can move permabrew with it...

And if you say its not possible, then there are 2 things..
You either didnt try chinook, or you tried the wrong ability,.

How is this concept so hard for people to understand. In any run of 100 rounds, buying permabrew over upgrading 1 to 2 additional towers to tier 5 isn't worth it. A tier 5 alch's effect can be copied closely enough by building a couple more 4x2 or 42x alchs for much cheaper.

Any use cases in free play isn't relevant because money easily becomes infinite in freeplay. At the end of the day, 5xx alchs aren't worth the expense. It's not as if the buff becomes stronger, it just becomes permanent. What's the real unique case for that, xx5 snipers and 4xx subs? Whatever.
There is a delay between buffs. Some towers near-instantly use up the buff and thus have very low uptime with it. Building more 4xx doesn't do much for those, as the potions will often be used at the same time instead of staggering. The beauty of perma brew comes from making otherwise extremely low uptime towers into absolute beasts or buffing 20 relatively low cost units with high pierce and/or attacks. 203 aces for example. Perma brew isn't priced so ridiculously high for no reason. Its extremely strong. I do prefer to split up over the map with multiple 4xx though - because its more fun and easier to build into.
