The whole games is more into the simulation-type gameplay compared to Cities Skylines 1.

So seasons, day / night, weather cycles are mandatory and can not be turned off. They have impact on needs like power consumption, etc.!

You can certainly turn the day/night cycle off.. tho it may still simulate it

Hi, I have found some luck in resolving that annoying issue, all I did was turn back on the Day/Night cycle and after waiting for a while the clouds went away.

Sounds like you made a city in British Columbia.

Right click game in Steam when not running, select the Properties and add -developerMode to the start up options. Once launched press TAB.

How do you turn off the rain? It's constantly raining or snowing and hard to see and it eats up my graphics perfromance.
