after today's fix,I can't start game when use Chinese language

Just bought the game, unfortunately evrything moves extremly slow like as if it's in slo-mo-mode. I suspect this not what it should be. can I some how accelerate the ingame mechanics/animations? as an example: it takes the farm's windmill 1minute and 37 seconds for one full turning cycle, is that normal?...

day 6 and its over. on easy there is a monster that destroys everything.
