6. it is not the game. it is windows. its technical i dont now the details myself only read about it years back. you need to make changes to windows. try lower windows resolution or other setting thet like the fonts in windows or mouse. try setting theme to default size of 100% its some thing like that.
7. for older games in general i have my windows 10 settings never higher then 1920x1080. even if im using 4k. games even now games don't normally support 4k. the best thing is to work your way up. one game the other day completely broke after 1920 x 1080 and that was a now game. a 2016 game.

im using a 1070 with win 10 and i cant get a cursor. ive tried so many settings, what exact resolutions has anyone succeeded with?
ive matched both and lowered both and matched and nothing will help

2. and select "Change the size of text, apps, and other items: 150%" make it 100% (windows 10)
1) It's not Windows 10 (I used AMD)
2) It's not Windows 10 AU (I used AMD)
3) After getting an nvidia card, no cursor. Sooooooooooo what does that tell you?
