Supreme Commander mods can hardly be found on the web these days as gpg closed the page where all the mods were hosted previously. I gathered some links.

Installation:
-if there are .scd files then those always belong in the game's gamedata folder (Supreme Commander Forged Alliance\gamedata
-all other kinds of folders belong in the mods folder (Supreme Commander Forged Alliance\mods\); that folder doesn't exist initially and needs to be created)

The enhanced campaign AI and some scd file mods try to overwrite game files so make a backup of them

They have a map and mod vault over there + patches for the game. Pretty much a new GPGnet but ran by the community.

That's where I come from and the reason I made this post: The faforever wiki has dead links (http://wiki.faforever.com/index.php?title=Black_Ops), missing download links (http://wiki.faforever.com/index.php?title=GAZ_UI), their mod list doesn't include some of the things I listed here and some other changes (Sorian AI, enhanced campaign) are also missing as downloads.

the wiki article on black ops is just outdated
you can get the mod from the faf mod vault (global icon support is not needed in faf cause faf has that integrated already)
sorian ai is also integrated into faf
faf also has its own patched coop campaign missions which have a lot more additional stuff than whatever the enhanced campaign mod adds
edit: we even have our own forum where we can pin threads - truly amazing

Thank you for listing these hard to find mods! I'm hoping you can track one more down, please?

I've been looking for the Cheating AI Adjustment Options mod for a while now, and I can't find it. The only link I've found is broken: http://forums.gaspowered.com/viewtopic.php?t=22742

Any way to adjust the resource income and build speed of AIs is what I'm looking for.

i have a few others like unitpacks, Gilbot's, Alscombo ui mod and commanders revenge and experimental wars lying around. I don't know if I can still find links for those (or host at dropbox or something I'm not familiar with), but I'll look into it.

you know, it would be great to have some descriptions. here i am downloading random mods. imma have a busy day tomorrow testing them. i was initially drawn to this because one specific mod i have simply is too damn much. its the enhanced mass fabricator mod. +15/+500 (1 sec build) it is just overkill. so i need something that gives more than the meager vanilla extractors, but not too much like stated mod. id also like a T4 shield that doesnt destroy my entire base when it gets destroyed.

@Rytram I dont know if you fancy discord but this one i am linking should have people who can help you with your mods. But they also made a mod that i suggest you try, it is effectively a GIANT unit pack, a rebalancing of said units, an Ai construct built from the ground up that replaces the base game Ai and many optimizations to the code. said mod is called LOUD
