How to make bleach?

So I can make the second tier water?
I've got lots of salt, but I don't see any of those tube things to get the other part from.

You can't (yet). If you need additional water sources Creepvine Seed Clusters now give +10 water.

EyeEye will also give food/water when eaten uncooked. It's a placeholder fauna though, so it'll change at some point.

Bummer. Can't keep my char hydrated since it drains so fast.

though it's tedious, you can always go to safe shallows and make a ton of water from bladderfish. would use up a lot of time tho but if you stockpile enough then you'll last for a while.

Are you sure you're talkinga bout Below Zero?
Cause I've been in all 4 directions that lead away from the pod and have found only a few bladderfish.
I found 3 at once just before I saved and was really happy... which is sad cause I shouldn't need those after the first hour or so.

I've decided to wait till next public update and hope they've added tier 2 water production by that point.

Yeah Bleach NaClO was such a logical source for water. Oh Wait No Hydrogen in there???!!! H2O Maybe Planet 4546B has a higher level hydrogen in the atomsphere, but from a chemist stand point not realistic.

I presume the Water machine makes clean water from sea water, but haven't found enough electronic components yet to build anything.

Pretty sure it was intended as a sanitizing measure than a creation one. Bleach is used to kill the microbes in water and there's a balance between lethal to them and safe to drink the bleach now in your water.

There is no bleach in Below Zero. There still are plants that can be grown to serve as direct water supply (marblemelons, fevered pepper trees), and another plant that can be used as ingredient for water purification tablets.

Water Purification Tablets are basically this games bleach. They're cheap, use salt in their recipe, and they create Large Filtered Water (+50)

But you don't need them since the stillsuit is essentially handed to you.
