maybe you can try to load a save before you fell out of the world? maybe that'll fix it.

also, just curious, how did you fell out of the world?

That isn't an option and that isn't even fixing anything anyways lol; may as well just uninstall at that point XD

It was the slam attack, it launched me out of the map. It bugs out like crazy near the edges of the map, but it always defaults to dropping me into the inside of the level

As a note, not even the dev tools allows me to fix this. I don't understand how the devs dont have any tools to fix this.

Sounds like you should drop a bug report through the in-game menu about the issue with that attack, then stop using it until they have announced a patch to fix it.
