Too bad. I'll just quit the game and watch youtube walkthrough for the rest of the game.
You need to reduce the Frame Rate (YES! weird) .. Up the resolution , turn on the V-Sync even then if you are getting more frames/same issue then increase the resolution scale too. It worked for me
My monitor is 240Hz so V-Sync didn't help in my case , I increased my resolution to 4K still I got high frame rates so I increased the Resolution scale (or Render scale) in game and my FPS was around 130 the bug cleared. Let me know if for works for you
Next time I play, I'll bear this in mind. I went in-game a couple of days back to try to help someone with an issue in chapter 2 and noticed that all my settings are now ramped up to Ultra, etc.
Who'd have thought that having a better PC would cause problems?
