extreme freezes in combat

Hi guys, im having a quite decent pc (1080ti i7 8700k etc.) running above 120 fps but everytime i hit an enemy infight, the fps go to literally zero for half a second... its impossible to enjoy any fight. its not only when i hit, but my female friend u met at the start. every ttack causes freezes. its so annoying. does anyone have a solution for this?

Only solution for that is to buy the game.

Reduce to 60 frames and try different presets.
i'm at High, but set shadows, texture range to mids and disabled dynamic reflections, Bloom, Blur.
I have 1050(not ti) and i5, and it runs fairly well at ~50, rare dips to 40.

Just so you know, the OP is a pirate and their crack is what is causing the performance issues.
