It's way better than 8 and i kinda put it at the same level of 7 if not a bit better than it...
One of my favorite games of all time for sure.
Combat in Legend of Dragoon involves a lot basically Quick Time Events. There's none of that here. LoD's closer to Final Fantasy X (and its overdrives), I'd say.
There is very little that makes this like LoD, there is not hit timing to combo for instance.
Missing how this game reminds you of it though outside of the elements playing a big role.
Would really love to see a full remake some day... Or at the very least a remaster..
