It is really blatant and the picture it is stolen from is copyrighted.
I am just trying to warn you.
It isn't stolden bud, if it's a side by side sketch (with some big differences like the feet positioning and the tail positioning) it isn't a copy but more or less a re-production. (big difference) Even the art style, the color tones, and the brush-type are different. The Howl was a copy.
If this was the case i could take a nd redraw mickey mouse and say i sketched it and have no worries and sell it everywhere on shirts etc ... Some people do not use logic.
Yea the bird griffin is common but not they way it was drawn and posed etc ... Do not be naive.
