The CZ poison Dart, Usp Orion, P90 Desert Strike, Dual Beretas retribution and the mac 10 curse were all removed however I do not believe it was because of any infringement. The M4 Griffin is going under the EXACT same steps as the Howl did. And to be fair , both the original image and the image on the gun itself is obviously the same. The guy just colored it, mirrored it, and removed some feathers. Every diameter of the wing, head, jaw, the legs, the rocks; it is the same picture.

You're so smart :'c #Lonelyhowl

That's liek saying 2 smiley faces are the same because they have nearly the exact same style. If it is heavily edited or redrawn it doesn't really fall under any copyright laws. Also, they were all co created by people who were put under copyright laws but never directly claimed to be copyrighted, just assumed. (Just like this one.)

The griffin was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ skin to begin with, now what's going to happen is that people are going to overspeculate and buy up, only to have the Copyright thing fail (The artwork is similar however the styling, coloration and most details besides the general outline is different) then EVERYONE will try to sell it and the prices will be driven way DOWN. Look at history, this is what happened in the Panic of 1837 and caused a huge depression. MY advice would be to sell now while the prices are high before they drop

Not at all mad. I sold it today and do not regret it. I have WAY more than enough money to rebuy into even a FN Statrak one. I choose not to because it's like all inning on a penny stock.
My thread got moved here, whooo!

I looked at the picture and it is blatant, from the bottom foot on a rock to wings to bird to everything about it is copy just flipped and recolored.

It is really blatant and the picture it is stolen from is copyrighted.

I'm actually really upset you compared two smiley faces with drawn artwork being copied onto digital pixels and being sold for money.

Just ignore me and blindly invest then.
I am just trying to warn you.

It isn't stolden bud, if it's a side by side sketch (with some big differences like the feet positioning and the tail positioning) it isn't a copy but more or less a re-production. (big difference) Even the art style, the color tones, and the brush-type are different. The Howl was a copy.

Copyright ? Can not reproduce for monetary gain ? (Big difference).
If this was the case i could take a nd redraw mickey mouse and say i sketched it and have no worries and sell it everywhere on shirts etc ... Some people do not use logic.

Yea the bird griffin is common but not they way it was drawn and posed etc ... Do not be naive.

It was all hand drawn with a digital pen, it is NOT a copy, it is a near replica that doesn't fall under the same art style.

I never made an investment, I've had a FN Griffin for weeks now.
