Can a Paypal payment by family and friends + message stop chargeback scam?

A person added me saying he wants to do a real money trade by PayPal. He says he will go first and send payment as a friends and family option along with the message:

"I agree to pay Zombie $110 in exchange for the virtual item a StatTrak™ M4A1-S | Cyrex (Factory New) . I verify this is my own account and I will not chargeback under any circumstance"

I said I'll think about it whilst I make up my mind on whether to agree to trade or not. So does that message along with using the family and friends payment option ensure I cannot be chagebacked?

Paypal are a funny company and if they did a chargeback paypal would probably not even read the message.
Always be skeptical from a random person offering paypal.

That doesn't really do anything, and even if it did, it will still take a month+ to get the money back.

Plus, if it's a gift to family and friends, then you're saying that it's just a gift; and not a payment for any item virtual or not, so the message and the form of payment contradict.

If you want to sell it just put it on the market as they are only giving you $2 over.
I know steam takes a bit but its 10 times safer unless you really know a person to do paypal.

Oh if your going to buy more skins with the money put it on opskins
