It will only work when building a new module (and you add the hak to it) though.
It's not something that automatically will appear in the official campaigns or modules without this hak.
Note that the CCC is a resource for builders. It assumes you know how to build a module and integrate custom content (if not, get the Toolset Manual volume 1 and 2 and the Custom Content Guide from the Vault).
CCC is generally published as two archives. In theory, the only one you need is the .hak. Adding that file to your module will give you the custom content.
The other archive ("Source") gives you all the files submitted, organised by author. These are pretty much the same files as you already have in the hak, plus any demo modules and help files that the authors provided. You don't necessarily need any of these files. They are only there in case you want to build your own .hak from the source files, see the demos, or understand more about the authors' intentions.
