High level campaigns?
Hello,

I went through the original campaign, SoU & HotU a few times now, and it's been really fun. The building aspect is probably the one I'm the most interested in, but sadly, the campaigns I played so far do not seem to allow me to go beyond lv. 16/17 for the OC & lv. 27/28 for SoU+HotU. Some of the builds I'd like to try, though enjoyable from the first levels, only unleash their full potential in higher levels (typically ~30) which can not be naturally reached through the content I know about (I tried doing HotU again with a lv. 28 character, I didn't see any scaling).

For this reason, I'm looking for a campaign or a module with enough content to allow players to start a new character at lv. 1-3 and go all the way to lv. 36-40 without being too mindful of multiclass XP penalties. I'd rather play a module with a rich story, quests and stuff, but I could do without.

Does something like that even exist?

Thanks!

Heyo! I can't answer your question as I am pretty new/old to NWN but I haven't beat the story yet. Have you die a lot on campaign? If so, I'd be up for group play!

Im not sure of modules but I play a bard and I am working on going dragon disc for the lore, so if you're i[ for leveling/having fun I am definitely open! I know you've done the mods but maybe party play will increase exp?

If you follow the links in my guide you'll find various lists of modules, including "campaigns" and the "hero's path".

"Hero" implying no particular gender, of course.

Following Proleric's guide, the high level mods I'd recomend are:

1. Lord of Terror by Tolitz Rosel - a Diablo remake with excellent attention to detail
2. MTS1, 2 and 3 - Traditional D&D adventure. Starts at level 15 but just branch off from the OC or Shadows of Undrentide.
3. Caereena: Krakona Rising - High level adventure in a custom setting with interesting scripts.

Other than those, there's always the Action PWs.

Try looking uo the "Sands of Fate" series by John McA. It's a three-parter and my personal favorite for post-HotU play.:steamhappy:
