Ok i figured it out, played for some time already, the only bug ive encountered was broken elevator lever in the beginning of the game. You're not supposed to put the files in hl directory, u have to create a folder named "bhl_v3" in ur hl folder and put mod there. then go to ur game settings in steam and put "-game bhl_v3".

i think theres a problem with the mouse, it behaves weirdly, i already disabled vsync, smoothing and enabled mouse input

When i disable vsync i get 72 fps instead of 100. But yeah, mouse feels kinda off.

Extract the zip to a folder, name that folder bhl_v3 and put it in the game directory, restart steam and brutal half lief should be in your lib.

been playing it for a few days already, you cant go past xen level, it crashes when interacting with pillars to start the portal

I haven't played the main missions yet. Only tried the DOOM and BLOOD levels so far

For me it crashes, like 10 seconds into a new game... that quakelike select difficult stage.

Seems to be riddled with bugs, sadly. I'm getting game-breaking bugs prob every 10 min. Elevator not working, NPCs not unlocking doors, can't use weapons, some doors just don't unlock, etc.

Very good improvements.

Only thing I didn't like was how the sfx of the shotgun and the revolver was changed. They sounded A LOT more powerful in BHL2.
Thankfully you can just replace the sound files
