HLL - Anti Cheat Violation?
I was playing with 4 friends of mine for the past 2/3 hours and out of nowhere we all got kicked for Anti Cheat Violation? What does that mean.

I have a strong suspicion they(BM) set that message for all errors they didn't specify (i.e. servers ♥♥♥♥ themselves and instead of saying "Network Issue" or whatever it says "Anti Cheat Violation")

Hey all,

Sorry to see you're having some issues with an EAC violation while playing Hell Let Loose.

Can you please confirm if this is still occurring for you?

If so, can you please take a screenshot of the error code and pop it over to us?

To take a screenshot, please make sure, that you have Steam Overlay enabled in your game.
  • Go to Steam -> Settings.
  • Click the In-Game tab.
  • Check "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game".
  • Go to Library.
  • Right-click on the game title and select Properties.
  • Under the General tab also make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is checked.
In the game, press F12 to take a screenshot. Then press Shift+Tab to bring up the Steam overlay, and upload your screenshot - please make it public.

Then simply include the URL of your screenshot on the forum (it should look something like "http...sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=...").

We can then investigate this further - get back to us when you can!

Regards,
Team17 Support

Hi, what's up!

Me and my friends simply repaired our game files and started up the game again. From there everything worked fine. It was a Steam related issue and had nothing to do with you since thousands of people had the same issue in general.

Thank you.
