Despite our best attempts and intentions to resolve the issue, we continue to receive reports where the game crashes with an error message similar/same to:

As we continue to investigate and work through our logs, we would appreciate it if you would be able to provide any useful information that would allow us to give further context in order to fix this annoying problem.

This could be, any patterns that you might have noticed, or your system information file so that we can collate it and send it to our developers. To do this:

1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R, the Run dialogue should appear > Type dxdiag in the available text field > Click OK
   
2. Click Save All Information > Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find
   
3. Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as http://justpaste.it, http://textuploader.com or http://freetexthost.com
   
4. Copy the link to your post

Windows fully updated

Ensure that your Windows includes all the recent system updates:

Click on the Windows Key, and then go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update

Anti-Virus/Firewall Whitelisting

Ensure that all of the below files are whitelisted in your Anti-Virus/Firewall:

Changing your NVidia PhysX setting

1. Open your Nvidia Control Panel
   
2. Go to "Set PhysX Configuration
   
3. Select GPU

UNREAL ENGINE CRASH

Hey anyone else noticing. You get into a game and the game crashes. Wasn't like this before the update.

An UNREAL PROCESS has crashed: UE4-HLL

Yeah before update 7 the game ran fine for me. Now with update 7 I get this same issue after about playing for on average 40min on any map.

Game now crashes before I can even finish a match and my fps has almost halved with a 2080 super. Really didn't have any issues before.

same here. I added this exception HLL_Win64_Shipping.exe into my antivirus firewall and looks like it solved the issue. No crash in last hours.

I have tried playing this game twice, both times crashed after a bit....considering how hard it is to get into a match this is rather annoying.
