Here's a question: Censorship

Is there going to be censorship? If so, to what degree? Eastern games that get a western release tend to be censored... Which is a bit ironic when you consider that Western culture is more okay with sex and nudity than Eastern releases, but what ever.

While this isn't really a selling point, and I could care less, I'm curious, and I'm sure others are as well. I know the game has nudity, and even sex scenes, so, will those remain? Will the scenes be removed? Black bars? I'm curious.

The least amount of censorship the better, but alas, it's no game breaking either way. The game looks amazing for what it is, and I've been waiting for a year or two for the game, didn't even know there was nudity till today.

Edit: And for the players; will censorship be a selling point for you? Will you want to leave? Make you more likely to stay? Could care less? I'm curious what people think, since an MMO would actual nudity (excluding paid nudity from Scarlet Blade) would be a nice fresh change. After all, one of the reasons that the Witcher series is popular is the fact that it's not riddled with censorship and isn't afraid to be graphic, in ever sense of the word.

But, why would I be pro-censorship? I'm the one who started this thread in the first place xD And I'm not gonna just NOT support a game because it was censored, most things get censored. I'll still play Bless if it's censored, I may just end up spending a lot less money on Bless, what I care about is if the game is good. :P

lol the best part about this guy's hyper universe crap is that, what happened with Hyper Universe was 1) not really "censorship", they just made the characters a bit more realistic; better boob physics, and for characters that aren't actually supposed to be slutt.y covered them up slightly. Note that the characters who are SUPPOSED to be slutt.y like the succubus character, her boobs still basically fall out of her shirt, and 2) was only even done because the players whined about how slutt.y the characters are.

That's not the same thing. We're talking about real censorship, not making characters more realistic because THE PLAYERS through a tantrum

I mean, that's true, yes, but what they didn't isn't the same thing. While I don't condone caving in to the whining, the team WAS being harrassed to censor. Bless is getting the opposite "please don't censor" effect.

Either way, that is a shame. Censorship or not, HU was interesting. :P

it is an adult game lol. "kids are playing" is a bullsh*t reason to censor a game that's intended for adults any way. The players shouldn't suffer because of a handful of sh*tty parents that don't watch what their kids are doing.

Hell, in the US it will most likely be illegal for the game to be played by minors, that's not even a reason. I gurantee you it's going to have at least a T rating (probably M) censored or not.

it was a bunch of feminazis and sjws that harassed the team, those that weren't even interested in playing to game to begin with. the spineless idiots gave in to the whining of a handful, pissed off the anti-censoring advocates and and now their game is dead, rightfully so. good riddance.

I think there is no need for nudity.

The game has already really heavy sexual appeal. If someone don't see that, there's something wrong with them.

Even the Lupus and Pantera females have boobis and bubble buts all around... -.-

TLDR: Bless ended up being extremely polarizing. And there's a good deal of censorship as well.
