Where do I get Level 30 Gear?

I am a mage level 31 I have a Leve 30 Weapon. But all my armor is level 20 Where do I get Level 30 armor? I would be very happy if someone can tell me the exact place where I can buy or loot it.

You will find a lv31 dungeon with a Vendor in Front of it ;)

how did you get to level 30 without seeing a gear vendor in literally every town and city you visit every 20 minutes?

Gear is horrible in this game. Literally between lvl 24 or 25 you won't find any better gear (other than a few weapons) for a long long time.

Also all the gear is basically identical. Its all green and blue with very little variation.

Also crafting. You will need to find/buy/learn the patterns first though. Doesn't take long to level up your armor crafting to craft lvl 30 gear

Currently marketplace gear is very cheap, if you have atleast a few gold just buy it.
