its a bonus they can add later into the game but right now...there are much important stuff to do than creating a housing feature just because some people want it....
Rome wasnt build on one day too you know....
dont understand this.
play sims or other social simulator.
You can play farmville as much as you want! Get an house, farm, butcher pigs, make cheese, ecc..
I saw a lot of players buy awesome equips just playing farmville, but here's the gap... That equip were TOTALLY WASTED ON THEM! Soo noob at PvP, and even WORST at PvE
Couldn't even clear an endgame dungeon since they were always dead after 20 sec from the start of the boss fight... it's like buy a Ferrari and drive at 30 km/h because you are not good for drive faster!
You can buy Bless... learn the game mechanics, get some skill with PvP, clear dungeon and THAN... when the housing system will be added, you will retire in your house! How can you fully enjoy a game if you don't even try all the experiences it offer?
I agree that games like Star wars Galaxies had player housing right in the mmorpg genre player built housing and cities almost anywhere you wanted and not instanced, But in the open world. It served the purpose of additional storage a place to hang your hat an extension of your achievements.
If you guys who are so aginest player housing don't want to play a role playing game go play planetside 2 or battlefield destiny 2 thise are more what you people are askkmg for which are an mmo PvP game not a role playing game geeze.
I'd like to add lastly that archeage has one of the worst housing systems I've ever used.. Sure you can decorate it and put crafting stations in it but it's costly and restrictive on where it can be placed and the house can be placed. A tiny area around the house is the only protected land you can have. Remove those restrictions and fees and it would be much better. In swg you could place your housing anywhere except near a Npc city and anything you placed was owned by you no matter what or where. This is a much better system and matiance fees were cheap.
Housing in the open world would clutter it. Forget the fact most the developed land is full of crap. No room for it.
Yes i know theres a few free spots but thats for zones content not released yet.
Really housing is useless in this game. But an instamced farm you see all pets minions and mounts you tamed run arpund could be cool.
Well if non instanced housing doesn't come to pass this is why you will see the majority of the Bless player base move to ascent infinite realm where non instanced housing is currently planned.
They should do it like FFXIV, honestly. Instanced, but with lots of other houses, with a mix of guild halls and personal houses.
Being able to put up a house anywhere anyhow doesn't work with what Bless is going for. It'll clutter, make the game that much longer to load, and will create useless lag.
A system like archeage would be cool. I know some people really went out of their way to make/ decorate their houses. It also would add a decent perk for an optional sub, and extra things to place in the cash shop.
Despite saying this I never really use housing in online games, with a farm in archeage for larders and to help move trade packs being my only exception.
Already played AIR at Gstar and CBT 1-2. So yeah i know all it has to offer
EDIT: I forgot about crafting and gathering too! We don't need that pointless stuff since we have so much PvP!
MMORPG: What are the biggest post-EA launch plans you have waiting in the wings?
Bless Online Team: We have a lot of exciting things planned for after EA, including the Mystic and Assassin classes, the final combat rework, new battlefield, housing, guild system rework and more. In addition, a new area where you can only travel with Wyverns and flying mounts will be introduced as well as beyond max-level content.
