How to Launch the game with Ray Tracing (DirectX 12 mode)

Steam has a quirk where you need to launch the game by selecting it from the library and then pressing the big green play button to get the launch options.

PS: you can also edit the launch options to force ray tracing with -dx12 as a parameter. See the above imgur link for more details.
