Bikini Flipper Photo + Vampanda

I cannot get a photo of Bikini Flipper to count in the collection section of the photo album. I've tried it close-up while in combat from several angles and also from a short distance away (no aggro). A check mark never appears over him no matter what i do.

Also can't seem to get Vampanda to spawn. I clear the rock camp near bottom of lift, topside of lift in the trees and down the cliff where they are mixed with slurpees. Then I repeat the cycle, clearing all 3 camps and he never spawns. Not sure if this is actually a bug or just a really rare chance.

I haven't been able to get the Vampanda to spawn either, despite trying multiple times in multiple places too.

I cant get him to spawn either, nor can i get the rare snail or crab to spawn

Having the same issue as OP, both with Vampanda and Bikini Flippers.

The Vampanda spawned inside the Collapsed Wasteland when I was killing the Panbats on the other side of the wall between Papa Bears house and the Bassanio lift. I am having the same problem with the picture of Bikini flippers

I should've edited I found Vampanda but Bikini Flippers is still impossible.

Just tried again this morning to photograph Bikini and yeah, still not working. Can't seem to get a huge snaillob to spawn either.

Vampanda finally spawned just recently for me so he must have just been really rare.

Huge snaillob is one of the bosses at the end of the deepest ruin, backerat is the issue on endgame, can no longer encounter him after the wow industries missions are over.
