For the "Hearth" Achievement: I firdt collected some of the Lumber, went down left and started the Bank, then Demolished it and build a lumber to 3rd Level! 

 

…although here, the bonus beautification screen is a bit bland. :/

Damit ihr mir auch glaubt: ich habe wohl bald die hälfte aller Missionen exakt auf der Linie abgeschlossen. Punkt- äh Strichlandung. ^^
