A Kickstarter? Yeah because you guys definitely didn't make enough money from the video game.
Slimy bastards.

Absolutely backed it! I'm a huge fan of physical card games and StS is my favorite. I get this isn't for everyone, but honestly the devs deserve every dollar for this game. :Fistofdosh:

I sure love every video game dev making cash grab board game kickstarters

Haha, this is a joke... right? Slay the Spire being $25 is completely reasonable but $100 (4x the amount) for a Slay the Spire board game that has way less than the actual game?

no way you have enough content in a single board game worthy of $100, this is a cool project but no... I won't be paying $100 for this, that's money hungry

For everyone complaining that this is "money hungry" and that $100 is too much.

Consider that the watcher was added free of charge.

Consider that going to a movie cost ~$20 per person. In the same amount of time it takes to go to a movie, a party of 4 aspiring slayers can make a run at the heart. Do this twice. If the BG is even half as engaging as the OG VG... seems like a deal to me.

Also, I lucked out and got a gold coin and there's only one shop left, so I'm def buying this at the merchant. The merchant seems like a nice guy - asked me if I was a dog or cat person.

If I wasn't broke I'd 100% throw all the money necessary for this! I never wanted a board game more in my life.

Seems like you are the one who doesn't know anything about board games prices. This isn't even close to normal. I have yet to see single board game at my local cards and comics store that is $100 or more and they carry hundreds of board games.

Imagine being mad that a completed game isn't getting updated and that the creators are doing other interesting projects. Y'all been drinking the cool-aid, this project is insanely high quality and being able to play StS with friends and family sounds like a blast.

Wow, people really don't like board games from what I'm seeing of the comments lol. Perhaps it's less content, but do you really want to manage 300+ cards and other content in a single, physical board game? Just this much is already quite a lot, and seems very fun

Anyways the Kickstarter is a block card
