Biased Cognition
So, mucking about in the daily runs today, I got a deck pretty heavily loaded with insane combinations... like echo form into echo form into echo form into creative AI into Electrodynamics etc etc etc.

One thing I noticed from this however, is that in stacking up Bias Cognition (+4 Focus +1 Bias) the bias would stack up, I presume as intended, which would mean you'd lose say... 2 focus per turn if you played 2 of them. From what I could tell though, the Bias debuff wasn't expiring, which lead to orbs falling below their default functionality and hitting 0 effectiveness, despite not gaining any visible debuffs.

I was wondering if this is functioning as intended or if Bias is supposed to wear off like a usual debuff would. I figure if that was the case it'd be +4 focus +4 bias, but the card description is vague enough that it could be either.

Intended. Bias debuff doesn't expire. You lose 1 Focus every turn till the end of time.
(But if you have an Artifact when you play Bias, you won't lose any Focus at all.)

Suddenly I like that card a lot less, but I can see the synergy.

It's still a great card for hallway fights, since you're generally trying to get through them before you'd have even broken even on Focus with it. If you can pick up some Core Surges or other forms of Artifact it's even great for boss fights, 1 energy for 4(5) Focus is insane.
