Talk to the hand misinforming description!

Talk to the hand card description says whenever that enemy "takes damage" I gain 2 block, but when you hover over the debuff on him it says I gain block when it "is attacked". Those are not the same thing! I thought I'd be able to gain block when the enemy had a potion thrown at it that does damage, but that is not the case.
