Omega can be quite powerful with Wish, or other doubling effects.
Since Omega is always placed at the bottom of the draw pile, it would probably be best used in a deck that has draw manipulation, such as Scry, or even better if you have Wish like I mentioned earlier. One that is primarily defensive, so that you can block incoming attacks while Omega takes care of the enemies.
Of course, a slow build like this would probably have issues with The Heart unless you can double play Omega with Wish early on in the fight.
