Omega+

It occurred to me earlier that with armaments (or warped tongs) and Omega you could upgrade Omega to Omega+. After way too long, I found out that it simply deals 60, not 50 damage a turn. I leave this here for anyone else so they don't have to try and find this amazing revelation out on their own.

You can also obtain Omega+ by upgrading the Beta that Alpha gives you, since Beta's upgrade is just adding an upgraded Omega to the draw pile instead of a regular one.

Omega can be quite powerful with Wish, or other doubling effects.
Since Omega is always placed at the bottom of the draw pile, it would probably be best used in a deck that has draw manipulation, such as Scry, or even better if you have Wish like I mentioned earlier. One that is primarily defensive, so that you can block incoming attacks while Omega takes care of the enemies.
Of course, a slow build like this would probably have issues with The Heart unless you can double play Omega with Wish early on in the fight.
