Slay the Spire
Single Card Storage Relic
A special storage container so you can:

1. Temporarily remove one card from your deck.
2. A Curse card can't be stored in there.
3. Allowing a smoother synergy and some deck customisation.
4. The card is still counted towards your total deck size, it just dont appear in your deck pile unless you put it back in or switch it out for a different card.
5. Helpful removal of a card like an Alchemise, If you choose a Sozu.
6. Also allows for future planning, such as, if you get an option for a Limit Break, but you dont have any Strength yet. you can keep it in card storage until you do.
7. The card in storage still appears in your deck, if you come to a shop/event that can remove or transform a card.

Edit:

The only times you can use it are

1. When you get the relic, you can choose to store a card.
2. At the end of a fight, and on the rewards screen, you select Card Storage, then get the choice of:
a. Store a card (if storage is empty).
b. Switch the card with one in your deck.
c. Add the stored card to your deck.
or
d. Continue without doing anything.

I feel like it could be fitting to be able to swap it out at rest sites, and only then (not at the cost of taking an action there).

If it doesn't count as an action taken at the rest site, then there is no reason that it should be specifically for rest sites only, unless your lingering on the thought that this relic must be the same as the Shovel, Peace Pipe or Dream Catcher relics. That seems like a very narrow view.

If anything, the only times you can use it are

Also i'm going to add this to the original post.
