Champion's belt should have its text changed

I decided to test something since the daily today gave me Champ's belt for free. The text says: "Whenever you apply Vulnerable, also apply 1 Weak." I propose it should read "Whenever you apply Vulnerable to an enemy, also apply 1 Weak." The reason I say this is because I used Berserk (Gain 2 Vulnerable, Gain Energy at the start of each turn) and I did NOT gain 1 Weak.

It's not the most important thing in the world, I know, but the text IS vague and doesn't need a huge change.
