Really wish I could sort cards in my hand

The game is really fun, but it gets mentally taxing when you can't sort your hand the way you wish. If you can visually organize your cards from cheapest to mostly costly, or set the cards that affect other cards to one side, the game will be fun instead of mentally taxing when things get tough.

The discussion before this one talks about having different default sorting methods, but wouldn't it be simplest if you could just move the cards around as you please? I was quite surprised when I could not.
