Show the number of cards in hand

Well, i've played long enought this game and i have some problems with the maximum cards in hand. If you played long enought, you know that 10 is the cap, but it could be awesome if there is some counter somewhere to see how many cards i've in hand. You could count it "manually" but i think it could be better with a counter. I've lost too many cards becouse of that! :p

You can just activate the option to show the hotkeys for the cards in the game options. Then the cards will have the numbers 1 ~ 0 floating over them. Just look at the number over the rightmost card, and you'll instantly see how many you have in your hand.
