[Bug] Emotion Chip
I was playing the current daily run and if you use Buffer to stop health loss, Emotion Chip still triggers. The current discription states "Whenever you lose HP, ..." however since Buffer doesn't allow you to lose HP, the relic shouldn't trigger.

Thoughts?
