Watcher Bug : Establishment + Runic Pyramid
Establishment reduces the cost of "Retained" cards. "Retained" cards are cards which are not discarded at the end of your turn . Runic Pyramid says : At the end of your turn, you no longer Discard your hand. you would assume it reduces the cost of retained cards yet it doesnt.

"Despite having similar effect, this relic does not Retain your hand. It merely stops you from discarding cards at the end of your turn. Cards that synergize with Retain, specifically Establishment, has no additional synergy with Runic Pyramid." Taken from Wiki.
