BUG: Spot Weakness

When you get into combat with let's say the Book of Stabbing or any enemy that you know will attack the first turn, and you use Spot Weakness on it in the very first second before the damage numbers show up above the unit, it will say that THE TARGET IS NOT INTENDING TO ATTACK, and not giving you the Strength bonus it should, since the Book of Stabbing is attacking every first turn if I am not mistaken.

In the situation this happened to me, he was actually intending to attack. I managed to achieve this bug through having a Spot Weakness+ trapped in a Bottled Lightning, and since I knew this elite is going to attack me, I knew that I will want to use the skill on the elite ASAP, but doing it too early resulted in it not working.
