Note for yourself, No Orb slots

I don't know if this is intentional but I assume it isn't. If you get a power card from The Defect as the IronClad, (I assume it's the same with the Assassin) during the "Note for yourself" event, I received static Discharge. Which when attacked gives you an Electric Orb. But you don't get any orb slots so it doesn't actually work. I figured I might get the one orb slot like when you unlock all class cards or etc. But just a heads up. Please keep me informed.
